Returns and refunds

CHANGE OF MIND

Refunds will unfortunately not be offered in the event of a change of mind. Most items are made and/or packaged the same or next day of purchase. Because of this, you may not cancel your order after purchase.

Throughout the process of creating custom orders, image updates are provided to the customer VIA email. This is the time to provide feeback on the status of your piece so that any necessary changes can be made to the product. ATTART's social media platforms are a portfolio of Gemma Attard's abilities, and once an order is placed you are agreeing to the standards shown.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

It is very important to ATTART that items are packaged as safe as possible for delivery. In the event that an item within your order becomes broken or damaged throughout transit, a refund of this item will be offered if ATTART is notified within 24 hours of the arrival of your package.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED AFTER DELIVERY

Refunds will not be offered for any items that have been broken or damaged after safe delivery.

Many of ATTART's products are fragile and must be handled with care. Packaging of these products will provide warning for this, as well as information to prevent damage.
